Returns & Exchanges

Returns are handled differently depending on the product type:

Earrings - non-returnable once received, for hygiene reasons, in accordance with EU consumer law (Article 16(e) of the Consumer Rights Directive).

Ready-to-ship beaded panels - can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are returned unused and in their original condition and packaging, at the buyer's cost and risk. Given the fragile and handmade nature of these pieces, insured tracked return shipping is strongly recommended.

Made-to-order beaded panels - non-returnable as they are produced specifically for you, in accordance with EU consumer law (Article 16(c)).

Ready-to-ship weavings - can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are returned unused, in their original condition and packaging, at the buyer's cost and risk. Given the fragile and handmade nature of these pieces, insured tracked return shipping is strongly recommended.

Made-to-order weavings - non-returnable as they are produced specifically for you.

To request a return, email hello@studiomandariini.com before sending anything back. You can also exercise your right of withdrawal directly through your order confirmation email or by logging into your account and visiting your order page.

Please check your order for completeness and visible damage as soon as it arrives. If anything looks wrong, photograph it immediately — this helps me resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If your order arrives damaged, contact me within 48 hours with photos and I will refund you in full including delivery costs.

Refunds are issued to the original payment card as soon as I receive the return. Please note that customs and VAT for orders outside the EU cannot be refunded.
