Delivery & Payments
After placing your order you'll receive a confirmation email straight away. I process orders on weekdays between 10:00 and 18:00 CET and ship within 2–3 working days.
Delivery
All orders ship with PostNL from Amsterdam, Netherlands. Delivery rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of your order and your postcode.
Duties and taxes for EU countries are included in the delivery price. For orders to the United Kingdom, additional import VAT may apply on arrival — this is charged by UK customs and is outside my control. I recommend checking the UK government's import guidance if you're unsure.
I currently ship to most EU countries and the United Kingdom. I am not currently shipping to Germany or Austria while I complete packaging registration requirements — I hope to have this resolved shortly.
Delivery times are estimated and depend on your location:
- Netherlands: 1–3 business days
- EU countries: 2–10 business days
- United Kingdom: 3–7 business days
Times exclude weekends and public holidays. I can't predict exact delivery times due to factors outside my control — weather, courier delays, customs — but I'll always send you tracking information so you can follow your order.

Payments
All payments are processed securely. I accept all major debit and credit cards via Stripe, as well as iDEAL, Bancontact, and Shop Pay.
